How to Use Vardenafil

Potential Drug Interactions

• Rifabutin, rifampin, or rifapentine
• Some antidepressants (e.g., amoxapine, maprotiline, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, nefazodone, pimozide, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants)
• Verapamil

Always inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal remedies. Also mention caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drug use, as these can affect the drug's efficacy. Consult your doctor before starting or stopping any medication.

Monitoring While Taking Vardenafil

Report any vision changes immediately to your doctor. Stop taking vardenafil immediately and seek immediate medical attention if you experience vision loss in one or both eyes. Contact your doctor immediately if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours or becomes painful (this could indicate priapism).
